The no call list

Have you ever called someone and it is just not a good time. Or do you have a friend where you are the only one that calls. Well, I have them as well and they are on my "no call list". I wait until they call me. I have just shared with Newell about this list. He was amazed that he is on the list. Oh well. Can you guess who else is on it?
